- Lead prototype development of next-gen human-AI collaborative systems
- Partner with VPs of Innovation to secure $2M+ R&D funding for 2026 initiatives
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite and key stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor a team of 5+ researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Author white papers on societal impact of 2026 technological shifts
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record commercializing bleeding-edge technologies
- Expertise in at least two horizon technologies (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Experience securing government/private innovation grants
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
