Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work trends
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize futuristic concepts
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and anthropologists
- Present findings at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology trends
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
