Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance AI systems capable of scaling to enterprise levels.
- Lead the technical roadmap for 2026, integrating emerging technologies and predictive analytics.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into cutting-edge technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams through complex technical transitions.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and system scalability principles.
