Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences and infrastructure
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation governance
- Present visionary briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation for emerging technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., AI adoption cycles)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, white papers, or keynotes)
- Experience building innovation labs within enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of ethical technology frameworks and regulatory landscapes
