Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technology trajectories through 2026, identifying disruptive innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to emerging tech paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Author white papers and thought leadership on tech's societal and economic impacts
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting technology deployment
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI
- Experience developing technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Impact Assessment
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy
