Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in neural interface and biotechnology convergence
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and board committees
- Establish partnerships with top-tier research institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor technical teams in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
- Author white papers on sustainable AI and climate tech disruption
- Drive innovation portfolio valuation and R&D resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related quantitative field
- Published research in quantum computing or neural networks (top-tier journals)
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in climate tech and sustainable AI systems
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong network in DARPA, NASA, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
