Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2030 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen prototypes with industry impact
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) for commercial viability
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board members with actionable insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive ethics frameworks for AI/quantum deployment ensuring responsible innovation
- Mentor talent pipeline in future-facing technologies through QuantumLeap's Academy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record in deploying quantum computing or neuromorphic AI systems
- Deep expertise in future-gazing methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or their societal impact
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/VC funding for frontier technology projects
- Expert knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and quantum security protocols
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
