- Drive adoption of neuromorphic computing in enterprise applications
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for global deployment
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Present at Davos and CES on emerging technology trends
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain 3.0, and neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching patented technologies (5+)
- Certified in AI ethics (IEEE/ACM) and quantum security (IBM/Google)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ engineers
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Python
