Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design qubit control systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for critical infrastructure
- Mentor quantum engineering talent and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (QuTiP, Qiskit Aer)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
