Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with core business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research into disruptive technologies (e.g., next-gen AI, quantum computing, advanced spatial computing) to assess their viability for 2026 integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and executive teams to drive strategic alignment and secure buy-in for future initiatives.
- Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) frameworks to test and validate next-generation technologies.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and identify strategic partnership opportunities to accelerate our 2026 vision.
- Present quarterly innovation reports to the C-suite, highlighting progress, risks, and strategic pivots.
- Foster a culture of forward-thinking innovation within the technology department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Strategy, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting tech trends and integrating emerging technologies into scalable business models.
- Deep understanding of current frontier technologies and their projected evolution over the next 2-3 years.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing executive leadership.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
