Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with core business objectives.

- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify disruptive technologies and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for forward-looking innovation labs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the ROI and adoption of 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Represent FutureForge Technologies at top-tier industry conferences and thought-leadership panels.
- Mentor and upskill internal engineering and product teams on future tech stacks and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or enterprise architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast tech trends and successfully scale early-stage concepts into enterprise solutions.
- Deep understanding of emerging paradigms, including Generative AI, Web3, and edge computing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional, high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and operational efficiency through technology.
