Responsibilities

- Collaborate with executive leadership to align the 2026 vision with overarching business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype future-forward solutions.
- Evaluate and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the AI, Web3, and spatial computing sectors.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and progress reports to the board of directors.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and agile execution within the technology department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling products and leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies forecasted to mature by 2026 (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing concepts).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work onsite in our San Francisco headquarters.
