Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Vision Strategy, aligning with company growth objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market entry points
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
- Define KPIs and success metrics for future-readiness initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future technologies role
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and market trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
