Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI roadmap specifically targeting the technological landscape of 2026, including LLM evolution and agentic workflows.
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable neural architectures capable of processing real-time, unstructured data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI models into core product offerings.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI governance, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in automated decision-making systems.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous R&D on emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading AI engineering teams and managing large-scale machine learning projects.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, with a deep understanding of deep learning architectures.
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Strong background in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategy for executive stakeholders.
