- Oversee cybersecurity protocols to ensure data integrity in a decentralized future.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum, Edge Computing) for potential integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology leadership.
- Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines and data governance strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
