Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and software engineers to deliver high-velocity product features.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency inference and high throughput.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentorship to foster team growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry security and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Java, with strong proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems at scale (Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud Native).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams through complex technical migrations and architectural pivots.
