Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for commercial applications in cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with fault-tolerant protocols
- Lead quantum software development using Qiskit, Cirq, and proprietary frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum hardware/software interfaces

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Quipper) and classical Python/C++
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields (arXiv/journal publications)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
