Responsibilities
- Map emerging tech trends (2026-2030) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and generative AI
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into product roadmaps
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation funding through compelling tech-impact narratives
- Build and lead a team of futurists and technical architects
- Publish whitepapers on paradigm-shifting technologies at global forums
- Drive ethical tech frameworks for autonomous systems and neural networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with tech specialization
- Proficiency in scenario planning and tech-sentiment analysis
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global tech partnerships
