Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market forecasts and competitive intelligence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI across 15+ global markets
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 100 tech leaders to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Present technology foresight briefings to the board and executive stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab team in agile methodologies and emerging tech ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, and decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep familiarity with Gartner Hype Cycle and Forrester Wave methodologies
- Professional certifications in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
