Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance 2D graphics, animations, and interactive elements using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure design fidelity and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Optimize 2D rendering performance to ensure 60fps animations on all modern devices.
- Develop reusable design systems and component libraries for 2D interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine interaction patterns.
- Translate static designs into responsive, accessible, and scalable front-end code.
- Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance on animation best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D web design, animation, or interaction design.
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong working knowledge of Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and WebGL libraries (Three.js or Pixi.js).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex 2D interactions and motion design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
