You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, including Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Sustainable Tech, and integrating them into our long-term corporate roadmap.
As a key player in our strategic division, you will collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to ensure our infrastructure is ready for the innovations of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns technological advancements with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, AR/VR, Green Tech) to predict market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with startups, universities, and research labs focused on future technologies.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Executive Communication: Present complex strategic insights to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in a clear, actionable format.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget planning and resource distribution for long-term technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or technology consulting.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully forecasting market trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks, specifically in AI, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics.
- Leadership: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with a long-term perspective.
