Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to define the company's technological roadmap for the year 2026 and the decade following.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive technologies (e.g., AGI, advanced biotech) and assess their potential impact on our business.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and product management to align technology strategies with broader business objectives.
- Investment Strategy: Oversee the allocation of R&D resources and budget towards high-impact future tech initiatives.
- Risk Management: Develop frameworks to mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies and regulatory changes.
- Innovation Labs: Champion the exploration of experimental projects and hackathons focused on 'Future-Proofing' our core products.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences (e.g., CES, World Economic Forum) as a forward-thinking voice.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Adaptability: High tolerance for ambiguity and a passion for solving 'wicked' problems.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic framework certifications are highly desirable.
