Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for the 2026 AI roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Define technical standards, coding conventions, and best practices for future tech stacks.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research on emerging technologies (Neural Interfaces, AGI, Spatial Computing).
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic vision into technical execution.
- Ensure system security, privacy, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record leading complex, large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
