Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with business goals for the 2026 horizon.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to determine their feasibility and integration potential.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, driving buy-in and alignment across departments.
- Architecture Governance: Oversee the governance of technical standards and ensure scalable, secure infrastructure design.
- Future-Proofing: Assess risks and opportunities in the tech landscape to mitigate disruption and capitalize on market shifts.
- Partner with Engineering: Work closely with engineering leads to transition high-level strategy into technical execution plans.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic advisory capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing technology roadmaps that align with long-term business objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI/ML trends, and software development lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
