Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with future industry trends and regulatory standards.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing petabytes of future data.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols for all autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and collaborate with product leads to translate complex concepts into deployable solutions.
- R&D Innovation: Explore emerging technologies including Quantum Computing interfaces and Neural Network optimization.
- Global Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of cloud-native architectures that support global scalability and low-latency operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems design.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and proactively adapt architectural strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
