Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI development through 2026, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data ingestion and real-time inference.
- Model Optimization: Drive the deployment of state-of-the-art Generative AI models, focusing on latency reduction, cost-efficiency, and accuracy.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate technical capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years leading high-impact projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- LLM Expertise: Proven track record working with Large Language Models (GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude) and fine-tuning custom models.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
