Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future of artificial intelligence? Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Agentic AI Engineer to lead our initiatives for the 2026 technological landscape. In this role, you will not just build models; you will engineer autonomous intelligent agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and self-directed problem-solving.
We are pioneering the next paradigm of software development. You will work at the intersection of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and Autonomous Systems to build software that can plan, execute, and adapt in dynamic environments.
Why join us?
- Work on cutting-edge technology that defines the 2026 AI roadmap.
- Competitive equity package and comprehensive benefits.
- Collaborate with world-class researchers and engineers.
The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on technical leader to build the infrastructure for autonomous agents. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of long-horizon planning and complex task execution.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and tool-use capabilities.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost for real-time agent decision-making.
- Establish guardrails and safety protocols for autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate 2026 vision requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of agent performance across various scenarios.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience building agents or autonomous systems (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
