- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and security protocols for AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced architectural patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and performance optimization for large-scale systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
