Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents capable of planning, executing, and learning from complex tasks without human intervention.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific agentic workflows, ensuring low latency and high accuracy in real-time applications.
- Infrastructure Engineering: Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based infrastructure to support high-volume AI inference and training.
- Ethical AI Governance: Develop and enforce guidelines for AI safety, fairness, and transparency to mitigate bias and ensure responsible deployment.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research scientists to translate theoretical advancements in AI into practical, deployable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in Machine Learning or AI infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Dask).
- System Design: Strong understanding of system design principles, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and optimizing large-scale systems.
