Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI algorithms targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and increase throughput in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into deployable products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI implementation.
- Drive technical strategy for hardware-software co-design in AI accelerators.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
