You will work closely with C-level executives and engineering teams to translate high-level strategic goals into concrete technical roadmaps, ensuring our AI solutions remain at the bleeding edge of the industry.

Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for AI infrastructure leading up to and beyond 2026, aligning with global market trends.
- System Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Prompt Engineering & LLM Integration: Architect advanced Large Language Model (LLM) workflows and optimize prompt strategies for enterprise deployment.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for ethical AI usage, bias mitigation, and responsible data governance.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting advanced technical workshops.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and select cutting-edge AI frameworks, ensuring our technology stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate business requirements into complex technical architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in AI, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Data Science are highly preferred.
