- Establish compliance protocols for international AI ethics regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead stakeholder engagement with academia, policymakers, and civil society organizations
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications and conferences
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Deep expertise in bias/fairness assessment for machine learning systems
- Proven track record developing corporate AI ethics frameworks
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and ethical implications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on responsible AI practices
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics, philosophy of technology, or adjacent fields
