Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for generative AI and quantum computing systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in bias mitigation and algorithmic fairness audits
- Develop corporate policies for emerging technologies (neurotech, sentient AI)
- Present ethical impact assessments to C-suite and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible innovation methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams on human-centered AI design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or tech ethics leadership
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI alignment
- Experience with IEEE/ISO AI ethics standards
- Proficiency in quantum computing fundamentals
- Strong background in cognitive neuroscience or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
