Responsibilities
- Design and implement corporate AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments for AI deployments across product lines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in ML pipelines
- Represent the company in regulatory dialogues on AI governance
- Develop training programs for responsible AI adoption
- Lead incident response for ethical AI violations
- Publish thought leadership on emerging AI ethical challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulations
- Experience with AI bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI preferred
- Published work on AI ethics or governance
