Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate directly with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to define feature requirements and deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and design patterns.
- Participate actively in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge across the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure.
- Engage in our comprehensive engineering mentorship program to rapidly accelerate your technical and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with web or mobile development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot).
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure) is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
