Your Mission: Develop auditable AI ethics protocols, conduct bias audits for neural networks, and represent our ethical principles in international forums. This role bridges technical implementation and philosophical foresight.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead bias audits across machine learning pipelines and generative models
- Develop explainable AI protocols for high-stakes decision-making
- Coordinate with product teams to embed ethics-by-design principles
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for model drift and ethical compliance
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Published work on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (top-tier conferences/journals)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for bias auditing
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies or regulatory agencies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
