Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycle
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for public and private sector AI deployments
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Create training programs for technical teams on responsible AI development practices
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and standard-setting bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership role
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven experience building ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries
- Strong background in bias detection and mitigation for ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Certification in AI governance or responsible AI (e.g., CERA, CEGAI)
