Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological convergence
- Lead governance councils for generative AI and autonomous systems deployments
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in AI workflows
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory bodies
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI applications
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI development practices
- Author industry whitepapers on emerging AI governance challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing enterprise-scale AI ethics frameworks
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous system architectures
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, IBM AI Ethics)
- Experience leading cross-functional governance initiatives across tech, legal, and policy domains
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders
