- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems and biotech interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints with engineering and product teams
- Secure partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and investors
- Drive adoption of future-ready infrastructure and protocols
- Mentor junior innovators in next-gen tech methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 10M+ user impact
- Prior experience with patent portfolios and IP strategy
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
