- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations into product lifecycles
- Monitor global AI policy developments and translate regulatory requirements into operational guidelines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build transparency tools for AI decision-making processes
- Produce thought leadership on responsible AI adoption for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in AI governance, risk management, or tech ethics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles)
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
