Responsibilities

- Establish transparent documentation systems for AI decision-making processes
- Advise executive leadership on emerging ethical risks in generative AI
- Partner with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Drive industry thought leadership through white papers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Experience with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Portfolio demonstrating ethics-driven AI project implementations
