Responsibilities
- Develop scalable ethical governance frameworks for AI deployment in healthcare and autonomous vehicles
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Create compliance roadmaps for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act)
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics best practices for industry standards
- Design real-time monitoring systems for ethical AI behavior
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or policy development
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Experience with healthcare/automotive AI compliance landscapes
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
