Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or AI Governance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics or responsible AI roles
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Expertise in EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Framework
- Strong background in ML model validation
- Experience with cross-functional ethics committees
