This role sits at the intersection of research, ethics, and commercialization, requiring you to incubate breakthrough technologies while ensuring alignment with our core values of sustainability and equity.
As a key member of our executive innovation council, you'll lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant systems, neural interface applications, and decentralized AI frameworks. You'll collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and the World Economic Forum to define industry standards for 2026's technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs for AI adoption and human augmentation
- Lead 3-5 concurrent moonshot projects in quantum computing, bio-AI convergence, and ethical autonomous systems
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible innovation
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through federal grants and venture partnerships
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and major tech conferences to shape industry discourse
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab of PhD researchers and startup founders
- Drive commercialization of at least 2 patented technologies by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics with 8+ years in tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching AI products with $10M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neural interface technologies
- Published research in Nature or Science on human-AI collaboration
- Experience securing NIH/DARPA grants and managing federal R&D budgets
- Fluency in Web3, blockchain, and decentralized governance models
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI frameworks deployed at scale
- Speaker credentials at 3+ major global tech summits
