Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for AI systems deployment across healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with quantum computing teams to optimize machine learning models
- Present future technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental R&D initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on AI's societal impact
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 10+ years in AI strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on machine learning or neuroscience
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of neural interface technologies (BCI, NLP)
- Track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ users
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
