Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year AI roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing quantum-resistant AI security protocols
- Author white papers on AGI alignment strategies for IEEE and Nature journals
- Design ethical frameworks for generative AI deployment in regulated industries
- Identify and commercialize emerging AI technologies through our venture arm
- Present visionary keynotes at global tech summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Mentor PhD candidates in our AI ethics fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in applied research or equivalent startup experience
- Published work in top-tier ML/AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and their AI applications
- Proven track record of launching AI products with >$10M ARR
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience securing DARPA/IARPA grants for AI research
