Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 roadmaps for AI-adjacent technologies including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems with 10x efficiency improvements
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate predictive AI into corporate strategy
- Author white papers on ethical AI frameworks for post-quantum eras
- Represent NextGen at global forums on AI governance and human-AI symbiosis
- Drive R&D initiatives in autonomous decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on machine learning or neural networks
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and federated learning architectures
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 100M+ user environments
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and existential risk mitigation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
