Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic AI systems
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging technologies with $10M+ revenue potential
- Present strategic futures briefings to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Oversee implementation of ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems
- Lead open-source contributions to future-tech standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale (AWS/GCP/Azure certified)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing algorithms and neuromorphic hardware
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI, or equivalent)
