Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML models for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead end-to-end AI pipeline implementation from data ingestion to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms
- Research and implement novel deep learning architectures for time-series forecasting
- Optimize model performance using distributed computing frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open-source AI initiatives
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and generative models
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Deep understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible deployment
