Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI product strategy with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsāengineering, design, and salesāto translate complex technical concepts into user-centric product features.
- Identify emerging AI trends and market opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of technical excellence and strategic thinking.
- Oversee the lifecycle of AI product development from prototype to full-scale production deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Leadership within the AI, Machine Learning, or Software industry.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading successful AI product launches and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Masterās degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
